What will you do?

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify and understand their specific analytical needs and challenges;
• Map business requirements to the features of the existing analytics product, identifying opportunities for improvement and customization;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights;
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the data used for analysis;
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the analytics solutions;
• Work closely with product development teams to communicate user needs and influence the product strategy.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis;
• Proven proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard and report development;
• Knowledge in developing tabular models is a plus;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
