What will you do?

• Study new trends and technologies in the market and competition;
• Analyze needs, produce business requirements, and propose solutions;
• Design, plan, and execute functional tests based on the developed requirements;
• Support during implementation and post-implementation;
• Follow up with end users to identify issues and propose improvements;
• Proactively monitor – involving prioritization, investigation, analysis, resolution, problem documentation, and continuous improvement tracking.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, or Information Technology;
• Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst;
• Experience with MS Office tools: PowerPoint and Excel;
• Knowledge of process mapping tools;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Analytical thinking and ability to adapt to technologically complex contexts;
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and collaborate with peers;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a passion for teamwork;
• Focus on continuous improvement and value creation;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.
