What will you do?

• Ensure code quality, best practices, and delivery timelines;
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients;
• Take ownership of technical solutions and architecture decisions;
• Support the growth of less experienced team members.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development;
• Proven ability to technically lead teams and projects;
• Solid experience in web-based project development;
• Strong knowledge of at least some of the following technologies: Java (Spring Boot); Node.js; React; Angular
• Previous experience as a Team Leader is a strong advantage.
