Overview:

We are a digital platform that automates the entire process from sales to installation of energy services such as Solar PV, electric vehicle chargers, batteries, and heat pumps.

What will you do?

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers and internal users;
  • Troubleshoot issues related to solar PV, heat pump systems, and energy models;
  • Document common issues and maintain internal knowledge bases and help centers;
  • Assist with technical onboarding of clients or partners;
  • Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve technical issues;
  • Contribute to test planning and execution for new features or product updates;
  • Run validation checks;
  • Report bugs and usability issues with clarity and precision;
  • Help develop QA scripts or tools to streamline regression and integration testing;
  • Validate data and results using real-world benchmarks when applicable.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energies, or similar;
  • Solid understanding of solar PV systems, heat pumps, and energy concepts (e.g., kWh, COP, inverter specs, etc.);
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users;
  • Some experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar (basic automation, data checks, or API calls);
  • Ability to write or review technical documentation;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience using tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, SQL;
  • Experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, particularly applied to Playwright;
  • Familiarity with simulation platforms (e.g., PVsyst);
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and their interaction with energy models;
  • Prior experience in a technical support, QA, or customer engineering role.
