What are we looking for?

• Architecting entreprise-grade cross-platform mobile apps with React Native;
• Strong Git skills (branching strategies, pull requests, cherry-pick);
• Proven experience with the mobile release lifecycle (App Store + Play Store submissions);
• Build, maintain, and ship high-quality features for iOS and Android;
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components;
• Write clena, maintainable, well-tested code; proactively resolve issues via SonarCloud;
• Implement and manage feature flags with DevCycle (A/B testing, phased rollouts);
• Lead the fortnightly mobile release process: release branches, cherry-picks, bug-fixes;
• Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions;
• Host release sync meetings, manage comms in Slack, align with backend teams;
• Maintain clear release documentation in Confluence, prepare release notes;
• Monitor app performance with Datadog & Crashlytics, respond to PagerDuty alerts;
• Gather and triage user feedback from Sprig surveys & app store reviews;
• Release & Operations Management (Approx. 40%).
