Overview:
We are a single entry to 23 different car brands experiences. Connects OEMs and App Developers to help build the future of connected cars. Alongside OEMs, we create a personalized experience that meets clients’ demands and expectations, ensuring home-to-car continuity and an ongoing link with the outside world through our scalable and adaptable solution. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to assist us in building and scaling a modern data platform. You’ll develop reliable pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and support analytics teams with clean, trusted datasets that power business intelligence and machine learning initiatives.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and/or Microsoft Fabric to build and manage ETL/ELT workflows across batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all pipeline stages.
- Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and semantic models to support BI, ML, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and business stakeholders to define data contracts and requirements.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data workflows and storage.
- Contribute to data cataloguing, lineage, and documentation efforts.
- Respect and ensure, in a daily approach, the correct and full implementation of the Forvia Code of Ethics (Respect for fundamental Human

- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
What are we looking for?
- 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong experience building data pipelines and ETL processes in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, or similar Azure-native tools.
- Understanding of data governance, access control, and compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling for analytics and reporting use cases.
- Solid Python or PySpark skills for transformation logic and orchestration.
- Familiarity with dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and data marts.
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Delta Lake.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
