,Overview:
We are a single entry to 23 different car brands experiences. Connects OEMs and App Developers to help build the future of connected cars. Alongside OEMs, we create a personalized experience that meets clients’ demands and expectations, ensuring home-to-car continuity and an ongoing link with the outside world through our scalable and adaptable solution. We are looking for an Android Support Analyst L1 willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!
What will you do?
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Android Engineers to understand the root cause of different defects;
- Investigate incidents and determine root causes using predefined tools and documentation;
- Approach each issue with a problem-solving mindset and clearly document findings, analysis, and conclusions to support efficient resolution and knowledge sharing;
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system;
- Report findings with comprehensive details, including descriptions, screenshots, videos, and logs, ensuring clear communication of issues and potential fixes,
- Test applications extensively on automotive physical hardware prototypes as well as on emulators to troubleshoot any potential issues;
- Review open bugs by testing across multiple environments to determine if the issue is caused by the application or by the system itself;
- Respect and ensure, in a daily approach, the correct and full implementation of the Code of Ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics, and rules of business conduct, if necessary, reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics);
- Respect and ensure, in a daily approach, the correct and full implementation of the Code of Management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics);
- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of professional experience in an Android and/or Quality Assurance related position;
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional development teams;
- Proficient in using Android emulators and familiar with various ADB commands for comprehensive application testing;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience);
- Knowledge of Android Automotive OS.
