Their platform connects OEMs and app developers to help shape the future of connected vehicles. In collaboration with major automotive manufacturers, they deliver a personalized experience tailored to user expectations—ensuring seamless home-to-car continuity and constant connection to the outside world through a scalable, flexible solution. We’re looking for an Android Software Developer ready to take on one of the most exciting challenges in the automotive industry!

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and implement cohesive, user-friendly features for Android-based in-car applications.
• Improve and maintain the in-vehicle Apps Store platform with a focus on usability and performance.
• Work closely with Senior Android Developers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyse logs and debug issues to identify root causes, especially those related to third-party application behaviour.
• Participate in support activities with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
• Write clean, scalable code and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Android application development using Kotlin and Java.
• Proven experience with RESTful API integration.
• Solid understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous programming in Android.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with Android development best practices and debugging tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIT version control systems.
• Exposure to Android OS internals, including ADB and system customization.
• Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and Android Car APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android projects.
