What will you do?
- Lead and support pre-sales activities by preparing commercial and technical proposals, and organising all necessary supporting documentation.
- Participate in public tenders, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements and managing submissions through public procurement platforms.
- Oversee and monitor IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, deadlines, and budgets.
- Apply agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) to manage workflows, improve team collaboration, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Work autonomously in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong organisational standards.
What are we looking for?
- Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, such as preparing commercial and technical proposals and preparing and organising supporting documentation.
- Experience with public tenders, namely knowledge of public procurement platforms and understanding of legal and procedural requirements.
- Solid experience in managing and monitoring IT projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Autonomous, proactive and dynamic, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
