Caixa Mágica Software is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven technical background, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and timely solutions.

What will you do?

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects throughout their lifecycle — from inception to delivery.
• Serve as the link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery in terms of performance, security, and scalability.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in IT project management (mandatory);
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
• Ability to manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams (developers, engineers, architects);
• Strong organizational, planning, and process-structuring skills in project management;
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, or similar);
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in stakeholder management;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Dynamic and proactive profile, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
