We are actively involved in national Open Source communities, organizing a popular event in Lisbon and participating in several research projects funded by the European Union. Caixa Mágica maintains strong ties with the Public Administration, developing the middleware for the Citizen Card system. What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
- Experience with social media and recruitment platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn;
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying needs to integrating new hires;
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage applications and maintain an up-to-date and organized talent database;
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and meeting recruitment KPIs;
- Experience in participating in and organizing networking events and job fairs, promoting the company and attracting new talent;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and negotiation ability;
- Good time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills in dynamic environments;
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to handle rapid changes and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- Solid knowledge of English (written and spoken).
