What will you do?

  • Support the implementation of AI initiatives, including data pipeline design, model deployment, and MLOps practices;
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models (combinatorial models, deep learning on structured and unstructured data);
  • Conduct business requirements analysis and translate them into technical specifications for development teams;
  • Support the definition of AI strategies and their operationalization, in alignment with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure the application of Responsible AI practices, including monitoring, regulatory compliance, and quality guidelines;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (POs, Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders);
  • Prepare and deliver documentation and management materials (QBRs, executive reports, presentations, steering committees, etc.).

What are we looking for?

  • Up to 15 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience in developing AI systems, data pipelines, machine learning models, and MLOps practices;
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, Data Governance, and regulations (GDPR);
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
  • Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe);
  • Experience in developing projects using programming languages such as Python, R, SAS;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (MS Azure – valued, AWS, GCP) and containerization solutions (Kubernetes, Docker);
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence (valued);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
