We are looking for a #TechTalent to take on the role of Integration and Production Engineer for a project in the logistics sector.

What will you do?

• Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments;
• Handle Level 1 and 2 incidents and create/submit tickets;
• Perform initial diagnostics, apply procedures, and escalate issues as necessary;
• Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans;
• Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes;
• Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2);
• Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB;
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell);
• Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana;
• Availability for on-call duties;
• Fluency in French and Portuguese (mandatory).
