Since launch, we’ve built a team of 80+ musicians, producers, and engineers, serving 1,000+ subscribers and producing 40,000 tracks—including Grammy winners! What will you do?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in email marketing;
- You’re an incredible copywriter (US English) with a talent for engaging and converting readers;
- You have solid experience creating and optimizing email workflows;
- You have a great sense of design and email flow ;
- You have mastery of HubSpot Email Marketing tools;
- You have experience in HTML for email design;
- You’re comfortable designing emails in Figma (preferred);
- You’re up to date with the latest email marketing trends & best practices;
- You’re data-driven and analytical, constantly seeking to improve key email KPIs;
- You’re hands-on, scrappy, experimental, and resourceful;
- You’re thorough and complete in your work;
- You have previously worked in a tech startup (preferred);
- You’re unafraid of being bold, challenging others, and taking risks;
- You are a genuine and humble person;
- You enjoy working remotely;
- You want to change the world of music production.
What are we looking for?
- Own the email marketing channel, ensuring emails align with our brand, goals, and user needs;
- Optimize existing email workflows, improving copy, structure, and performance;
- Create new email series where there are gaps in the funnel (onboarding, reactivation, education, and more);
- Optimize key email KPIs like Open Rates, Click-Through Rates, Conversion Rates (Waitlist to Subscriber), and Reactivation Rates;
- Own our tone of voice through email, ensuring consistency and authenticity;
- Create educational content to help users maximize their experience.
