What are we looking for?

• Key Tools: Databricks, SQL, Azure DevOps (YAML), dbt, PySpark, Azure Synapse, and Power BI;
• Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and dbt;
• Data Warehousing: Leverage SQL and Azure Synapse to store, manage, and transform large datasets;
• DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and troubleshoot issues;
• Reporting & Analytics: Create Power BI dashboards for actionable insights;
• Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to refine requirements;
• Best Practices: Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all pipelines;
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members;
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, plus proven hands-on experience;
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
