What will you do?

  • Define requirements and deliver digital solutions that meet business team needs.
  • Implement and manage PPM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ClickUp, and MS Project.
  • Translate project challenges into efficient and scalable digital solutions.
  • Manage prioritization, capacity planning, risk visibility, and financial tracking of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including project managers, business leaders, and development teams.
  • Drive user-focused solution design to maximize usability, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Operate within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall environments depending on project context.
  • Engage with IT teams on topics like systems integration, data flows, and reporting.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering digital solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ClickUp, and MS Project).
  • Proven experience in financial tracking and reporting for projects.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).
  • Technical fluency to communicate effectively with IT teams on integrations and architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • User-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • English fluent.
Nice to have:
  • Execution of financial project management.
  • Integration of PPM tools with ERP or BI platforms (e.g., DOMO).
