What will you do?

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document requirements in ServiceNow;
  • Analyse existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  • Recommend best practices to streamline incident, problem, change, and asset management processes within ServiceNow;
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies;
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow development team;
  • 5+ years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst role on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform;
  • Experienced in ITSM and CSM;
  • Fluent English;
  • Agility is needed, SAFe knowledge is a plus.
