Overview:

 The Product Performance analyst is a key contributor to the development of the product performance control (PPC) set-up within Transaction Banking. The role focuses on:

  • Building data-driven insights on product1 revenues (Actual in a first phase, Forecast in a second phase)
  • Product revenue calibration with Finance reports
  • Supporting performance monitoring at client and product level
  • Performing deviation analysis (Forecast vs actual) and supporting anomalies detection
  • Helping delivering insights into Business decision-making

The role acts as a bridge between TB Data team, TB COO P&L experts, Business, Finance and Operation teams, combining analytical expertise with strong understanding of financial products.

What will you do?

  • Design and develop analytical tools and dashboard (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor product revenue
  • Define the revenue estimation models
  • Structure and analyse data from multiple sources (datahub, Finance, operational systems for volumes and P&L files for revenues)
  • Monitor performance trends, identify anomalies, and trigger investigation
  • Perform data-driven analysis to explain, deviations between expected and actual
  • Act as an analytical liaison for Business, Finance and operations teams
  • Drive migration from manual Excel based reporting to automated, version-controlled solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and workflows
  • Support remediation within Business scope

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience on data analysis and engineering in a commercial setting, such as finance, fintech, e-commerce or SaaS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL server, Tableau or Power BI, Data IKU or Alteryx
  • Knowledge of AI/LLM tools is a plus
  • Ability to synthetize and deliver results
  • Knowledge of TB product revenues.
  • Knowledge of Finance performance management
  • Committed, responsive, curious, analytical and comfortable working in an agile environment
  • English – Expert (Excellent communication skills, both oral and written)
  • Ability to interrelate and work within a team
  • Presentation capabilities
  • Experienced working with Data Iku or Alteryx (preferred)
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry (preferred)
