Overview:

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Production Support to support and continuously improve the applications within the assigned scope, ensuring reliability and compliance with agreed service levels.

What will you do?

• Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions
• Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity.
• Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor changes.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support.
• Maintain procedures, documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting.
• Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Cross file transfer
• Experience with MQSeries 2
• Experience with Cloud
• Fluent in English
• French knowledge is a plus
