Overview:

Within Cardif corporate, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Level 3 support position for our Windows Infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and evolution of our Windows infrastructure. 

What will you do?

• Windows Infrastructure: Provide Level 3 Regional IT infrastructure support
• Active Directory: Manage Users, Groups and OU’s in AD
• Handle Level 3 incidents and requests for all European subsidiaries, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Ensure the development and troubleshooting of the tools needed for infrastructure management (PowerShell & Python)

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• French is a plus
• Scripting skills in PowerShell & Python
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Architecture (network, DNS, DHCP, security, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Architecture (OS & WSUS)
• Strong PowerBI skills (development)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (non-mandatory but preferable)
• Project Management: Familiarity with project methodology (planning, deliverables, risk, reporting)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise language
• Dynamic and resilient, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Synthetic mind, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
