Overview:

We are seeking an experienced developer whose expertise is in Java primarily working on server-side components. They will work on design and implementing features for Credit eTrading order management and market connectivity layers. This will include build out of bond quoting from an Algo Engine, enhancements to Bonds Auto Negotiation engine, the build out of an internal RFQ workflow between sales and trading and market connectivity. The qualified applicant should possess experience with producing clean, high performance, scalable and testable applications, while demonstrating a great sense of design and attention to detail. Candidates must have front-office team experience and any knowledge of eTrading systems, ideally within Credit. 

What will you do?

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Credit eTrading order management and market connectivity layers
• Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
• Produce clean, high performance, scalable and testable applications, while demonstrating a great sense of design and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components
• Work directly with traders and perform L3 support when needed

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years software development experience
• Ideally, Front-office team experience and knowledge of eTrading systems, Credit is preferred
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Experience in migration / refactoring projects to new rails
• Good university degree in a quantitative subject
• Java 17.0+ - mastery
