Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be working closely with multiple teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development teams, ...) to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation.

What will you do?

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan.
  • Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of overall experience in professional cybersecurity engineering
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security...)
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English is mandatory
  • French is mandatory
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
  • Ability to travel within the Portugal
  • Ability to travel outside the Portugal
  • Professional Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2...) is a plus
  • Professional cybersecurity management certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA) is a plus
  • Knowledge of our project methodology is a plus
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g NIST SP800-x) is a plus
  • Knowledge on technologies/products related to cybersecurity is a plus
