Overview:

What will you do?

  • Design, develop and maintain modern, scalable and responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Build reusable, maintainable and well-tested front-end components.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and back-end services.
  • Contribute to front-end architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Ensure high standards for performance, security, accessibility, usability and maintainability.
  • Maintain high standards in peer reviews and code reviews.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and reliable application delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex front-end and integration issues.
  • Coach and mentor other developers and actively share front-end engineering knowledge across the team.
  • Promote good engineering practices such as pair programming, reusable components, clean code and continuous improvement.
  • Challenge existing technical approaches when appropriate and propose
    improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, UX/UI, Product Owners and  other stakeholders across Portugal and the Netherlands.

What are we looking for?

  • Professional software development experience, with strong front-end development experience.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SCSS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
  • Strong understanding of component-based development and state management.
  • Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of web performance, security, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile / Continuous Delivery environments. Seniority & Soft Skills
