Overview:

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Senior Developer to work on a project focused on the evolution of an application managing groups of financial statements referential. It is connected to some external providers (public & market-data) and with a data capture capacity for non-structured documents. The mission is to ensure high data quality and consistency across various referential data sources and reducing discrepancies in reporting. The goal is to improve time to market and enable faster and more accurate insights for better decision-making.                                     

What will you do?

• Design, secure, scale back-end architectures                                              
• Deep knowledge in Spring framework                                                 
• Industrialize the solution according to CI/CD best practices                                                  
• Participate in the validation phase with end-users                                                    
• Implement the data exposure solution (API...)                                              

What are we looking for?

• University degree, or equivalent by experience, in Information Technology and/or Computer Science, Information Management, or other related fields.
• Appetence for multi-hat roles (Technical Business Analyst/Developer/Tech Lead))
• Experience in third party data, data governance/management is a plus
• Proficiency in JAVA spring programming language                                                     
• Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL)                                                     
• Mastery of good programming practices (CI/CD, micro service, unit testing, versioning, etc.)                                                  
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, IBM, etc.) and containerization using Docker                                                  
• Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM)
• Fluent in English
