Overview:

A professional with solid experience in mission-critical technology environments, capable of managing systems, networks, and security in an integrated way. The candidate should ensure operational continuity, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to the organization’s technological evolution and modernization.

What will you do?

  • Administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Planning, installation, configuration, and management of technological infrastructures in mission-critical environments.
  • Management of HPE Alletra storage systems.
  • Management of HPE OneView systems.
  • Administration of virtualization platforms — VMware, KVM/Oracle.
  • Administration of services: Active Directory, DNS, printing, file sharing, and network services.
  • Administration of Azure, M365, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Administration of WatchGuard firewalls and endpoints.
  • Administration of Veeam Backup.
  • Support for critical business systems — Digitarq+, Alfresco, CRAV+, RODA.
  • Planning and execution of technology projects, including the creation of quality and production environments, testing, and validation of technical documentation.
  • Definition of technical requirements, preparation of specifications/tender documents, analysis of proposals, and supplier management.
  • Administration of continuous infrastructure monitoring solutions — Zabbix and CheckMK.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in systems administration and highly complex IT infrastructures.
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization — VMware, KVM/Oracle.
  • Strong command of networks and communications — addressing, DNS, firewall, VoIP, wireless.
  • Experience in information security — firewalls, vulnerability analysis, security POCs.
  • Skills in backup systems management and data recovery.
  • Experience with hybrid and cloud environments — Google Cloud.
  • Experience in database technology management.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise application systems and archival platforms.
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and keep management processes up to date.
  • Results-oriented, with strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong planning, organization, and structured working methods.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Responsibility and commitment to service quality.
  • Autonomy and initiative in problem-solving.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in critical situations.
